N.A.P.S. FIELD RULES/GUIDE LINES
Revised 2001

1.) Spectators are not permitted closer than 25 feet to aircraft unless invited by a member.  All traffic to and from the field will use the main drive.

2.) An adault must supervise children at all times; pets must be on a leash.

3.) All pilots must have current AMA and adhere to both the A.M.A. saftey code and the clubs saftey rules.

4.) Frequency control devices must be placed on the frequency control stand prior to turning on radio and removed after completion of flying.  No radios maybe operated in the parking area, whenever other pilots are at or on the field (winter flying).

5.) EFFECTIVE Silencers are required for all engines.

6.) Visiting flyers must have a current A.M.A. card with them.  Guest are the responsibility of the member they have been invited by.

7.) Alcoholic beverages are prohibited before or while flying.

8.) No engine may be started prior to 8:00 am and after dusk.  No aircraft are to be flown prior to 9:00 am and after dusk.

9.) Each flyer is responsible for any damage they cause  to property or persons.

10.) Flying is prohibited over neighboring property.  If there is reason to recover aircraft permission must be obtained.

11.) Beginners are the responsibility of their instructor.

12.) Absolutley no flying is allowed over the pit area or spectators.

13.) When flying, pilots will be on designated flight boxes, or separate themselves correctly to prevent radio interference.

14.) Excessive use of foul language will fall with in the parameters laid out under SECTION 4 of the BY-LAWS.

15.) Each pilot is responsible to prevent fuel spills and leakage at the field.

16.) All aircraft are to be started and test run etc.  While pointed towards the main runway.
